Cityscape is the biggest real estate date of the year in the Kingdom, and your booth there is a temporary sales office before it is a display. We design around the investor and buyer journey: stop them in the aisle, show the model and the film, then sit them down with your sales team to close the reservation.

Time is short for this edition. The show opens in under two months. We can still deliver modular and mid-size booths on a fast-track schedule if we start this week, or start planning the next edition with you now.

We have built booths at World Defense Show, INDEX, Wasalt and Saudi Wood Show, and worked with real estate developers on sales office branding such as Mountain View.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

When should we start preparing a Cityscape booth?

Ideally three to four months before the show. Cityscape booths are usually large, open on several sides and need structural approvals from the organiser.

Do you make the architectural models?

We design the model zone, plinths and lighting, and coordinate the model itself with a specialist maker or your consultant, as you prefer.

Do you handle organiser approvals?

Yes. We prepare the technical, structural and electrical drawings the exhibitor manual requires and coordinate build-up and dismantling.

How much does a Cityscape booth cost?

It depends on stand size, open sides, materials, screens and the number of rooms. Send us your stand number and size and we reply with a detailed quotation within 48 hours.
